How much force is generated in the cylinder of an internal combustion engine when the fuel and air ignite?

I know engines are going to be different, so lets just say a basic 4 cylinder from any economy car. I have tried to use search engine for this question, I must not be typing it in the correct way. I am not talking about the horsepower or pound feet
